Short and to the point. This website only collects what you enter in the contact form. We use it to answer your question, and for nothing else.

01Who we are

02What we ask for
When you fill in the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number, if you give it;
- the topic you choose, such as horse in training or a lesson;
- what you tell us about your horse, if you fill it in (name, age, pedigree, level);
- your message (required);
- the language of the page, so we can reply in your language.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share with us, such as your phone number or email address.
As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page to you and to prevent abuse. We do not use it to track or identify you.
03What we use them for
Only to answer your question and, if you wish, to arrange a visit, lesson, clinic or training with you.
We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.
04Legal basis
The GDPR requires a legal basis for every use of personal data. For this website these are:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): you decide whether to send the form and what to put in it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): we want to answer questions about our horses, lessons and training properly, and keep the website secure.
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): if your question leads to an agreement, for example when your horse comes into training with us, we use the details needed to carry it out.
05How long we keep them
No longer than needed to deal with your question, and no more than twelve months after our last contact. After that we delete your message.
If your question leads to an agreement, we keep the details needed for it for as long as the agreement runs. Records in our accounts, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires: seven years in the Netherlands.
07Who else processes them
A few companies help us run the website. They only process data on our behalf, never for their own purposes:
- Microsoft Azure hosts the website and processes the contact form in a data centre in the European Union.
- An email service delivers the completed form as an email to our inbox, which is hosted by our email provider.
We have data processing agreements with these companies. Other than that, we share your details with no one unless the law requires us to.
08Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form asks for no more than we need, and the script that processes it writes no personal data to log files.
09Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the details we hold about you;
- have incorrect details corrected;
- have your details deleted;
- object to their use, or have their use restricted;
- receive your details in a common file format;
- withdraw your consent.

Unhappy with how we handle your details? Please tell us first and we will sort it out together. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
10Questions and changes
If the website changes, for example with a new form, we will update this notice. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
